The 5 Stages Of Onboarding For International Nurses

  1. Applicants must go through the process in Obtaining 7.0 in all 4 parts of the International English Testing System (IELTS)
  2. The application then needs to go through the registration process to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  3. The applicant will sit the NMC competence test, which must be passed
  4. The Tier 2 visa application is made as a supervised practice nurse.
  5. The resources are given their face to face training for Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), the resource then sits the exam which they must pass to remain in the UK.

Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) Training 

We are focused on delivering high quality Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) training to the applicants entering the UK.

During these times of COVID the training is conducted in the following way.

  1. The OSCE training program is a combination of 5 days online training and 5 days of mock exams at the training centre.
  2. After passing we will submit the application within 2 business days.

OSCE expects the candidates to act out scenarios that they are likely to encounter in the clinical settings when assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.

Each nurse is required to pass their OSCE exam within a period of 8 months upon arrival. Classroom training can commence once they arrive in the UK.
